SUPPLEMENT SPOTLIGHT ON....... As-One 40!
A brand new supplement from GN and one that I now take. It is an all-in-one product so it takes the thinking out of what to take and when. Two to three of these a day and see your gains start to take off. Unlike many all-in-one pruducts that just have a token amount of ingredients As-One 40 has decent amounts that will make a difference. So give it a go. Oh and one more thing, as with all GN proteins, it tastes fantastic!!!!!!

SUGGESTED USE Suggested daily servings: On non-training days, take one serving mid morning and one serving mid afternoon. On training days we suggest one serving approximately 60 minutes before training and one serving immediately after training in order to assist your recovery. To mix a serving - Add 75grams (2 rounded scoops) with approx 300ml of iced cool water, blend or shake vigorously, enjoy! (Designed to be used with chilled cool water and to be consumed within 5-10 minutes of mixing, may also be mixed with chilled milk).
