MUSCLE LIMIT GYM Muscle Limit Gym is one of the best bodybuilding gyms in the country. It is based in North London and is owned by Clayton Leathers who has made the gym something VERY special! I've trained at Muscle Limits since 1996 after being introduced to it by British Champion Fivos Averkiou and have never looked back. It has a great training atmosphere and is very friendly where everyone is made welcome. The gym has a wide range of Hammer Strength and Cybex equipment with more equipment on it's way and plenty of free weight. There is also plenty of cardio machines with a brand new range coming soon! Also a boxing area has now been added. Plus after training you can grab a protein drink or a meal while watching the latest bodybuilding DVD's on the flat screen tv's dotted around the gym. Old Ironworks Gym
The Old Ironworks Gym is a new gym just opened in Maldon Essex. It is owned by Clayton who owns Muscle Limit Gym and Adrian so you can guess it will be extremely successful and well run! It is equipped with Hammer Strength, Cybex and Precor cardio equipment. Just like Limits you can train and then finish off with some tasty chicken and rice or something else off the bodybuilding/fitness menu. The gym also caters for fighters and has a fight club area containing bags, a boxing ring and a cage.

FITNESS 2000 GYM, TENERIFE
Fitness 2000 is THE gym to visit if you are in Tenerife. It is owned by the Masters Olympia Over 60's Champion and Mr Universe Honore (Nono) Cironte. He is an amazing character and will always make you feel very welcome upon entering his gym.
I had the pleasure to train at Fitness 2000 and meet Nono and his wife Margarita in 2007 while visiting Tenerife for the New Year. The gym is full of Panatta equipment and plenty of weight so you are assured of a good workout.
And thank you to Nono for letting me train clients while I was there as part of my international personal training business.
So make sure you put Fitness 2000 on your to do list when you are in Tenerife.
